Art Studios, Film Production & MusicRooms, Photographic Studios, Craft & Textiles Workshops, have been and still are being rebuilt to cater for the changing clientele within these industries.

They have all been built using more that 95% reclaimed, (mined) materials and contain components of theatre & film sets, building demolition & renovation and items dumped in local streets as fly tipped waste.
